Smoky Chicken Steak Platter

Juicy, perfectly grilled chicken steak with a smoky, restaurant-style finish.
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp 2 Brother’s Secret Recipe Marination
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- Steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes (for serving)
Instructions:
- Flatten chicken slightly for even cooking. Rub with 2 Brother’s Marination and olive oil.
- Heat a grill pan or non-stick pan; add butter for a golden crust.
- Cook chicken on medium heat for 4–5 mins per side until fully cooked with grill marks.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies for a restaurant-style platter.
