Smoky Chicken Steak Platter

Juicy, perfectly grilled chicken steak with a smoky, restaurant-style finish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp 2 Brother’s Secret Recipe Marination
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Flatten chicken slightly for even cooking. Rub with 2 Brother’s Marination and olive oil.
  2. Heat a grill pan or non-stick pan; add butter for a golden crust.
  3. Cook chicken on medium heat for 4–5 mins per side until fully cooked with grill marks.

Serve hot with mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies for a restaurant-style platter.
